Christmas Orders
Christmas orders must be placed by the specified deadline. Collection dates are fixed and orders must be collected on the date specified on your order form. We cannot guarantee availability of items ordered after the deadline.

Payment is due at the time of collection or as otherwise agreed. We accept cash and card payments at our shop.
5. Collection and Delivery
Orders must be collected from our shop at 49 High Street, Edenbridge, Kent TN8 5AL during our opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled collection date. Christmas orders may have different cancellation policies due to preparation requirements.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Refunds are provided at our discretion and depend on the nature of the issue.
7. Food Safety and Storage
You are responsible for:
- Proper storage of meat products immediately after collection
- Following recommended storage temperatures and use-by dates
- Cooking meat products thoroughly
- Following all food safety guidelines
